Trigger Hippy will end a lengthy hiatus and return to the stage for the first time in four years this summer. The new lineup features founding members drummer Steve Gorman of Black Crowes fame and bassist Nick Govrik along with newcomers guitarist/vocalist Ed Jurdi and singer Amber Woodhouse.
Gorman confirmed the follow-up to the band’s self-titled 2014 debut studio album is due October 11th. The longtime Black Crowes drummer added Trigger Hippy will perform “shows everywhere else soon.” On September 24, Steve Gorman will release a new memoir entitled Hard To Handle: The Life & Death Of The Black Crowes.
