Bob Dylan has signed a blockbuster deal to sell his entire song catalog, more than 600 copyrights to Universal Music Publishing in a “landmark agreement”. The 79-year-old singer-songwriter has an incredible lifetime of work spanning from the 1960’s to this year! Quite the pull for Universal. “To represent the body of work of one of the greatest songwriters of all time — whose cultural importance can’t be overstated — is both a privilege and a responsibility,” said Jody Gerson, the chairman and CEO of Universal Music Publishing Group.
